Our Story
Buckabee Brownies is a family-owned bakery in Blue Ash, Ohio, where Miriam and Tom bake fresh brownies every day — mixing, cutting, and packaging each batch by hand using real, high-quality ingredients. Their passion began in Miriam’s childhood with a family recipe she learned from her mother, and in 2019 the couple left their corporate careers to turn that long-time dream into reality.
The name “Buckabee” comes from a sweet family memory: when their son was little, he lovingly called brownies “buckabees,” a moment so heartwarming that it became the name of the brand.

Every brownie is crafted in small batches, ensuring rich flavor, perfect texture, and that unmistakable homemade feel. Our menu ranges from classic fudgy chocolate to inventive combinations like red velvet cream cheese, salted caramel, and lemon blueberry — each one thoughtfully created to bring a moment of comfort and joy to anyone who takes a bite.
